Understanding the Operating Principle of the Bursting Strength Tester

The operational principle of the Bursting Strength Tester Digital utilizes a hydrostatic pressure system. The device features two clamps to securely position the specimen for testing. The sample is placed between these clamps and tightly secured to ensure precise measurements. Pressure is then applied to the specimen through neoprene rubber, which moves in a diaphragm-like motion. This motion is facilitated by glycerine beneath the rubber, serving as the pressure medium. When the specimen bursts, the maximum bursting strength value is captured and displayed on the digital meter integrated into the instrument, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
